As these ingredients ready follow the directions step by step. First, Leave butter and cream cheese out on counter to expose to room temperature. Then add cream cheese and butter to a large mixing bowl. Grind together coconut milk powder, sweeteners and True Lemon in a Magic Bullet or coffee grinder until finely ground. Add sweetener/coconut milk powder mixture to the butter and cream cheese then beat using a hand mixer until fluffy and smooth. Beat in together coconut milk powder and lemon zest.
