Some like to taste dark chocolate, semi sweet chocolate or even mocha flavor.

To make it at home prepare ingredients including 1 (12 ounce) bag semisweet chocolate chips and divided, 3⁄4 cup powdered sugar, 1 dash salt. 2 egg whites, 1⁄2 teaspoon white vinegar 3⁄4 cup pecans, chopped and 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
As these ingredients ready we can start step by step of directions. First preheat oven to 350 F and use parchment paper to line cookie sheets without sides. Melt in the top of double boiler over hot 1 cup (6 oz) of chocolate chips, but don’t boil since the steam can get into the chocolate. Otherwise we can melt chocolate in microwave – manufacturer usually put the directions in the cardboard. Then remove from heat and cool it.
Beat egg whites until foamy and add sugar and salad while beating. Continue this way until it forms stiff peaks. Then beat vinegar and vanilla. Fold the mixture in melted chocolate that has already cooled, chopped pecans and chocolate chips remained. The remaining white streaks will give better looks.
Next drop them a teaspoonfuls on prepared cookie sheet and set the space. Bake for about 12 minutes in the preheated oven until the cookies turn to be crunchy and dry at the surface. Inside, they are still chewy and soft. Then transfer from the oven to room temperature and let them cool thoroughly.
