To make it at home we need following ingredients: 1 stick butter, Baking spray, for spraying custard cups, 2 ounces semisweet chocolate , 2 whole eggs, 2 ounces bittersweet chocolate , 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar, 1/2 cup all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 3 egg yolks and vanilla ice cream, for serving
As these ingredients ready we can start the process. First, preheat oven to 425 F. Spray with baking spray four custard cups and put them on a baking sheet. Next, microwave bittersweet chocolate, butter and semisweet chocolate in a large bowl with high until the butter melted about 1 minute. Whisk to make the chocolate melting. Stir in sugar until it well blended and whisk in eggs and egg yolks and add vanilla. Stir in the flour and divide mixture among custard cups.
Next, bake until the sides turn to firm while the centers are soft. It may take about 13 minutes. Then, let it to stand for about 1 minute. Invert them on individual plate while they are still warm and the last, serve them with vanilla ice cream. Serving suggestion seems to be important as we know the cake itself is delicious. In addition to vanilla ice cream we may use different ingredients such as fruits or sauces to enrich the flavor
