Cook until the thermometer reaches 234 F. Add nuts and vanilla (as desired) and mix them until well mixed and the shiny texture becomes matte. Pour them into the prepared pan and lie them upon cool dry area until firm. Lastly, cut into 1 inch piece and keep in airtight container for up to one week.
