For Bacon-Bourbon Brownies with Pecans recipe we need to gather following ingredients: 1 stick unsalted butter, 2 tbsp. unsalted butter, ½ lb. sliced bacon, ½ c. pecans., 8 oz. bittersweet chocolate, 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate, 1 c. granulated sugar, ½ c. packed light brown sugar, 3 tbsp. Bourbon, 1 tsp. salt, 4 large eggs, ¼ c. Unsweetened cocoa powder and 1½ c. all-purpose flour
As these ingredients ready, follow step by step of directions. First, preheat oven to 350 F and line with parchment paper 9-inch square baking pan but allow 2 inches of overhang on 2 opposite sides. Spray the paper using vegetable spray. Spread in a pie plate the pecans and toast about 8 minutes until it is fragrant. Let them cool and chop the nuts coarsely.
Cook the bacon in skilled using moderate heat and turning once until it turns to be crispy for about 6 minutes.
