However we can make it at home using reliable recipes we find in Google. Just search out and lists of them seems deserve to be worked out. One recipe we may try at home is following.

First prepare ingredients including 300 g butter, plus extra for greasing, 300 g light muscovado sugar, 3 large eggs, 1 ½ tea spoon baking powder, 225 g plain flour, 85 cocoa powder, 225 ml soured cream, 400 ml pot double cream, 6 table spoons dulce de leche or caramel sauce and 2 g caramel flavoured chocolated (finely chopped).

Preheat oven to 180C fan/gas 4. Grease 2 x 23 cm loose bottom cake tins and line with a circle of baking parchment. Beat sugar and butter together until pale and creamy. Then add eggs one at a time and beating well between each addition before adding baking powder cocoa and third of flour. Mix well altogether to blend them evenly and stir in half the soured cream. Alternating between adding the soured cream and flour, mix all until combined well. Spoon into tins then smooth over the surface using a spoon.

Next bake for 30 minutes when the cakes become firm when touched and a toothpick inserted at the centers becomes clean. Let it cool for about 5 minutes and shift onto a cooling rack. IF we want to serve it, whip double cream with 2 table spoons of dulce de leche until soft peaks form. Put one cake on a serving plate and spread with half the cream and drizzle over the remaining Dulce de leche. Top with other cake and then spread the remaining cream on the top. Sprinkle with chocolate and chill until ready to serve. For toppings we can add more ingredients such as berry, cherry or else as we desired.
